These Terms of Use govern your use of https://digitaldental.tech (the "Site"), operated by Kevin Miller, CDT / DigitalDental.tech ("we", "us"). The Site provides information about laboratory services for dentists and dental laboratories.
Professional audience
Content and case-request forms are intended for licensed dental professionals and laboratories. The Site does not provide patient treatment, diagnoses, or medical advice.
Case requests
Submitting a form does not create a laboratory contract until we confirm the case in writing or by our usual intake process. Case acceptance, turnaround, and fees are agreed separately.
Intellectual property
Site text, photographs of laboratory work, and branding are owned by DigitalDental.tech unless otherwise noted. Do not copy gallery images or materials for commercial use without permission.
Accuracy
We aim to keep Site information current but do not warrant that all content is complete or error-free. Equipment and service descriptions may change.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DigitalDental.tech is not liable for damages arising from use of the Site or reliance on Site content alone. Laboratory work liability is governed by the separate case agreement and applicable law.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
